Last Call - Boys Summer Lax Clinic (August 13 - 16, 8:00a - 12noon) @ Moyer Park
Overview: Each session will focus on player development, practice skills and fundamentals required for success in the game of lacrosse. In addition, sessions will focus on character development and teamwork. Players in 5– 8th Grades. Rising 9th Graders encouraged to attend! Each day, the Damascus coaching staff will teach and guide the players through various skills practice and development leading up to eventual competitions and gameplay. Practice skills sessions will be aided by Damascus High Varsity lacrosse players and NCAA lacrosse alumni players.

What to Bring: Certified lacrosse helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouth guard, protective cup, outdoor cleats, lacrosse stick, and goalie equipment (for goalies only). Bring a water bottle + snack. Water stations will be provided.

Defensive Academy D-Days - DMV Lacrosse
Starts: Sep 9 ’18 at 1:00 PM
Ends: Oct 14 ’18 at 4:00 PM
Summary: Our training philosophy is simple: world-class instruction from world-class defenders. The waters of lacrosse instruction are murky, and we want to help you navigate.
D-Days: Each week will feature 90-minutes of stickwork, footwork, body positioning, lacrosse IQ, situational gameplay, and everything else that makes a defender elite. Note: these will be hosted by Matt Landis.

Where: Capital Sportsplex - 10011 Goodluck Road, Glenn Dale, MD 20769 
When: Groups will meet every Sunday from September 9th through October 14th. 
· Youth clinics (ages 11-14) will be from 1:00PM - 2:30PM
· High school clinics (ages 15-18) will be from 2:30PM - 4PM
Who: Session will be segmented by age-group, with high-school and middle-school groups competing separately. This will ensure an appropriate matching of skill. Players should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon.
