The DSA is a non-profit organization composed of dues-paying adults and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Financial Assistant, and five Directors. These positions are one-year terms, except for the at-large Directors, which are two-year terms—unless removed or resigned. The Board members’ terms begin on July 1, and end on June 30.
Every DSA player, coach, and parent will at all times demonstrate behavior that will uphold the good reputation of the association as a positive influence for our children, the team, and the community.
Members are restricted to no more than three consecutive years in any one elected office. The exception is at-large Directors, who may serve four years. Board members cannot hold more than one elected position simultaneously.
